If you're ordering from the USA, you are charged the applicable local taxes when ordering in the state of Arizona. Although there may be duties applicable to US orders over $400, we have never heard of a customer being charged duties for an order, even those over $400 in value, as our goods fall in a duty-free category, we understand.
Australia and New Zealand have duty-free limits of about US$200 , but depending on contents may be duty free even at higher dollar amounts, we understand.
For other countries, it will vary according to customs and tax regulations. Payment of any such duties and/or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. The maximum allowable duty-free value will vary from country to country, from as low as $20 up to $400 or more. We do not know what the rules are in your country, so ask your customs office, please.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All sales are final. Warranty for all product brands is limited to defects in Materials and Workmanship, under the terms provided by each manufacturer. Initial return shipping for warranty service is at the cost of the claimant, and may be credited back only in the event that a valid defect in materials or workmanship is identified. In case no such defect is found, or clear evidence of misuse is identified, Air Craft may offer a discounted and/or refurbished replacement, with return shipping at cost of claimant..
Regarding Hyperion G8 Battery Series Warranty Only: We offer a 1-Year warranty on all G8 cells. We guarentee your packs will be free from manufacturing defects. Warranty will not be cover improper-use, such as short-circuiting, high discharge rate, operating at or above 80 Degrees Celsius, 300~500+ cycles, and other scenarios deemed excessive and detrimental to the batteries longevity.
JAPAN POST SHIPPING METHODS
EMS Express
EMS shipments can be tracked, insurance claimed, and goods re-shipped more quickly in case of trouble. Because Parcel Post insurance is limited or unavailable depending on country, we may require EMS shipment depending on the value and/or destination of the order*. EMS shipment always includes full insurance.
Because shipments must pass through customs, and local customs service may vary, it's impossible to say exactly when an EMS shipment will arrive. Most take between three and eight days, with four to five days being common to destinations such as the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. However, if your shipment should fail to arrive quickly, we CANNOT place a trace on the package until 8 weeks have elapsed, and we ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY for delays due to slow customs clearance. You can track the package through online services in most countries, but not all, to see where it is at any time.
Japan Parcel Post (limited to 2 Kg packages, with restrictions as below)
The "Small Packet" Parcel Post service is extremely reliable to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Korea and many other countries. More than 90% of those Parcel Post shipments arrive in seven days or less, with many of those taking four to five days. About 10% take seven to fifteen days to arrive, and less than one percent take twelve to twenty-five days in total.
However, please note that some countries have slow postal services, and can sometimes take up to 12 (twelve!) weeks to deliver. Virtually all packages eventually arrive, but yours may take a long time to arrive in the worst case. Please Note:

- THERE IS NO TRACKING SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR PARCEL POST.

There is NO INSURANCE for Parcel Post shipments. In case of loss, the liability will be yours.

The shipping cost that is calculated at checkout page on our website is based on product weight. However, some couriers calculate shipping fee by volume weight.
For that reason, we may ask customer that additional shipping fee would be charged later.
